Menu dia sama je sampai pukul 5 petang.
Sesiapa yang 1st time nak datang cuba, tak payah la datang masa sarapan.
Servis sangat teruk masa sarapan.
Clear table lambat.
Ambil order lambat.
Hantar order lambat.
Puncanya:
1. Tak cukup staff.
2. Dia ambil order by benda yang nak dimasak. Bukan by table. Contoh nasi goreng, dia akan kira berapa ramai order nasi goreng. Lepas tu dia teka meja mana ada order nasi goreng, teka meja mana order paling awal.
3. Dia masak on demand. Kalau ada 10 order mee goreng, baru dia akan masak mee goreng untuk 10 portion. Kalau anda terlepas, kene tunggu batch seterusnya.
Kalau nak cuba nasib juga datang masa sarapan, ni hint saya bagi:
1. Park kereta dekat tepi jalan je. Tak payah masuk dalam. Jalan ke dalam tu jalan mati, kalau dah termasuk pastu tiada parking, maka reverse la kereta anda keluar.
2. Clear table sendiri. Angkat pinggan cawan ke tempat cuci pinggan mereka.
3. Perati staff dia bawak makanan apa untuk di hantar ke pelanggan. Kalau order nasi goreng, nampak staff dia bawak nasi goreng, angkat tangan dan sebut bape banyak anda order. Ingat, staff dia bukan amek order by table, dia pun tak ingat meja mana order dulu.
Sarapan dia pun biasa je bagi saya. Roti bakar pun sama.
Pape pun, kopi dia sedap. Tengah cuaca panas pekena kopi ais dia memang ummph.
