โ โ โ โ โ Very structured and detailed teaching with flexibility in learning. Just sad that the classes are only 1 hour. However, throughout this one year, i have improved a lot. from not understanding a sentence to being able to gauge the meaning of a sentence, from not able to form a sentence to i can form a simple one, and most importantly i enjoyed reading in korean lately. From just wanting to try for a few months to became a year and advancing to another level and opens more possibility for me to try expanding my career in South Korea once i get sufficient fluency in the language. Great, friendly & helpful teachers as well. I've tried few other academy before and while joining Korean Rumah, but due to not in-depth explanation, i decided to drop out. Would definitely recommend Korean Rumah for those who are interested in learning this beautiful language. Thank you for the valuable knowledge Ssaem!

โ โ โ โ โ I have been learning Korean with Park Ssaem for two years now but I still look forward to every Saturday's class. As a K-drama and K-pop lover for years, I tried to learn Korean from Youtube but I saw no improvement in myself which led me to Korean Rumah. I knew I wanted to learn the language from a native speaker. Park Ssaem is a humourous and patient person. Our class is always filled with laughter which makes the learning process interesting. Besides, she is an experienced Korean teacher and she would explain everything clearly to us in English. I love how she likes to share with us about the cultures in Korea during the class. Moreover, online classes make it a lot more convenient for me as I don't have to spend time travelling to the learning centre and I could attend the class almost every week.Thanks to Park Ssaem, I improve a lot in Korean and I can now watch Korean TV shows, radio programmes and read articles on my own and IT'S AMAZING! I never thought I could one day understand Korean that well. Trust me, Korean Rumah Online Class is definitely the best place for you to learn Korean.

โ โ โ โ โ Learning Korean has been an enjoyable and educational journey for almost two years for me. I have attended classes at Korean Rumah physically for a few months pre-covid but spent most of it online. Despite the shift in platforms, the lessons are truly fun and interactive, tailored towards communication between peers and honing listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
The tutors are natives who has a lot of patience and passion for teaching, and the majority of the lesson is conducted in Korean which helps students to familiarize themselves with the language and vocabulary. I find myself looking forward to every lesson as it not only involves the study of language but culture and other fun topics that stem from class conversations.
Classes are quite affordable and study materials are provided by the institution itself along with recorded lessons that are uploaded on Youtube and made available for the students.

โ โ โ โ โ I am taking one to one classes during weekday nights, which the teacher is very accommodating to change time if I'm held up on work on lesson days.
Lessons are mostly in Korean language but if you are stuck somewhere the teacher is good enough in English to assist. Recordings are provided after lessons for revisions as well ? Another plus point compared to physical classes.
I've been attending their physical classes for almost a year too (pre-covid times) and decided to resume again later specifically for knowledge in business environment. They were able to find relevant textbooks for this at Korea and we've been using it for the past half a year.

Every lesson is enjoyable and encouraging because the teachers and classmates are extremely fun, supportive and kind. I have attended Korean Rumah classes since 2017 and now still continuing with the online version. As much as I miss seeing Park Ssaem and going to in-person classes, the online classes keep me engaged and motivated to keep learning Korean, pandemic or not.
There will be study materials provided and homework to be done, a lot of self-learning, questions & answers session and most importantly, communicating with each other using Korean language!
If you're looking for practical and affordable Korean lessons, I highly recommend you join the Korean Rumah Online Class. :) All the best! Fighting!

I really enjoy the learning session with Miss Julie and Mr Kim.
The class is interactive with real conversation and culture in Korea.
The teacher is encouraging us to write and speak in Korean,even though there are small mistakes but it is OK.
I found learning Korean is fun,eventhough i am still a beginner to it but i think that it is really worth the time.

โ โ โ โ โ Itโs been almost 2 years since I started learning Korean from scratch at Korean Rumah and I must say it was an enriching experience. At first, I was quite skeptical whether I would be able to pick up a new foreign language after started working, but not only has Park Ssaem made it easy for us but also a fun learning journey. She was patient with the students and made sure we were able to grasp things in a proper manner.
Apart from teaching the curriculum on textbooks, the teacher would also share and relate things from a Korean culture perspective which broaden our knowledge about Korea. Also, the small number of students in each class definitely added up to the quality of teaching. All in all, this is an enjoyable place to learn Korean?
