We are the tax payers but given this kind of worst services.
Please get your staffs better training on customer services and work efficiency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs at every counter is rude and unwelcome tax payers. at first i renew lesen at website turns out i still have to pay the extra amount at counter, what for the web site created? i then went to counter 3 to pay extra amount, the female staff replied me with terrible attitude and tone for multiple times through the entire process. she had that sick face expression and mean sentences when heard i was going to pay by card and so on.
At last counter 3 female staff still wanted me to leave asap while i still have question ready to ask. As a tax payer, i truly had a bad experience here. Please put the right attitude and tone while dealing with tax payers!
