Long queue and long wait.. I've been an outpatient to this clinic since it was first launched. A simple clinic for the general public, with new facilities and in a new building, it's one of best public health facility introduced by the Government to the people. Service has been good, however, as per any other public clinics, the MAJOR and MAIN problem is trying to get into it, i.e the registration and making an appointment process. Patients are made to queue in a long line EVERYDAY!!. This is very bad especially for the mothers with newborns and the eldery.. It's no fault of the great doctors and medical staff trying to cope with the big crowd everyday.. I am very sure that there great brains up there in the Bureaucrats to improve this. And now with a new Minister, please don't give us only hope aka HARAPAN, make it a REALITY!!! While some of the reviewers gave 5-star reviews mainly on the mod-cons and 'look' of the clinic, please read the 1-Star reviews given by real life people actually using the facility.

You should specify that you are only appointment based and so that I don't waste my time going there. You don't answer the phone so that I would know. For others, since Nobody even tried to give information regarding this. You need to do an appointment, email or by calling them. (If they even answer the phone) Arrive 30mins before your appointment.

First check up here and was greeter by a welcoming and chatty nurse at the front desk. Doctors and nurses are pretty efficient handling high patient traffic. Our case needed to be escalated to a hospital and the doctor acted on it very swiftly. We even get a follow up call at the end by the clinic. Special shout out to Dr Ilya and smiley nurse Affnia. Thank you!

Most of the times, the waiting time is bearable. Have to be patient and follow instructions to the T. Staff are mostly helpful and friendly. Two thumbs up.

Worse kk ever..pembantu jururawat SHIKIN ask me and my son to que back after long que because my appointment was at 9 am..I arrived early since busy with schedule..around 8.40 arrive at counter 3 after long que then this rude staff say that she only accept my book after 9 am..who the hell is she??determined our time to came there??i came early so serve la idiot!!what happen when people came late?u ask to came early right??bodohh dan bajet2 kau..this staff always keep yelling even upstairs level 2 when baby mostly sleep..senang nk cari staff berlagak ni..gemok dan baju putih..bkn staff nurse..

I had medical check with one of the Dr and she asked me to do ultrasound at Hospital Sg Buloh. She told me after the result of ultrasound, come back to this KK. Then, when the ultrasound report get from Hosp Sg Buloh, I went back to this KK to follow up. At this KK, two MOs share an examination room and sit facing each other. Not practicable because two patients will share and tell their problem with other patient hear that. I get checked by the MO named Dr. Laveena Arumugam. Without review clearly and asking me the problem, can you simply get annoyed with your own system? Telling your colleague regarding your dissatisfaction due to the report asking to check and follow up here. Then, you told me to refer to Hospital Selayang and got my own appointment there. You did the report on Surat Rujukan to Hospital Selayang, however, why you make the report contrast with what I tell you???? Please learn medical ethics. Learn how to interact with patient nicely, and with manner. Looking at your patient, have eye contact and show your emphatic to us. Show your concern as medical practitioner. Please forward this message to Dr. Laveena Arumugam, Pegawai Perubatan MMC: 64911.

This is my third visit, and I am pleasantly surprised at the length they go to for customer service. To avoid jam, I arrive at 7.15am, when the clinic opens at 8am (my appointment was at 8am as well). I see clinic personnel handing chairs for visitors while they wait. Barely 5 minutes queuing, they opened the registration counter and patients taking blood sample from 7.45am onwards. Despite my appointment starts at 8am, I managed to complete my slot by 7.58am. The staffs are friendly and attentive. During my previous visit, I came in for ankle pain and only expected pain meds. The attentive doctor arranged for physio sessions, a consultation with the inhouse dietician and a blood work for me to be done. They really do have stellar service, one that is up to par with private healthcare. As long as you set an appointment earlier via the Qmed system, it should be an efficient visit. From all three of my visits, my advice is come earlier to register

Went for medical appointment today at 9 am, pretty long queue, along the way meet 2 doctors at room 8 , they were very helpful and friendly, meet a nice lady nurse at the counter to fix the next appointment date and lastly a caring Malay lady at the number counter who explain my questions in detail. Tho quite a long wait but nice experience. Excellent ?
