โ โ โ โ โ Pembinaan Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Kota Setar Jalan Kolam Air, telah siap dan mula beroperasi dan dirasmikan pada 1 April 2018.
Ibu pejabat ini telah menggantikan ibu pejabat daerah yang lama di Jalan Raja yang telah lapuk dimakan usia, berkeluasan kecil dan tidak dilengkapi untuk operasi penguatkuasaan undang-undang abad ke-21 yang mencabar.
Kemudahan baru yang lengkap menghasilkan berkhidmat yang lebih menyeluruh kepada masyarakat dan ini telah memupuk persepsi baru terhadap pasukan polis dalam masyarakat.
Yang kurang lengkap adalah kantin atau kafetaria yang merupakan satu kemudahan tempat makan dan rekreasi untuk kakitangan dan pelawat masih belum beroperasi.
The construction of the Kota Setar District Police Headquarters, Jalan Kolam Air, was completed and started operating and was inaugurated on 1 April 2018.
The headquarters has replaced the old district headquarters on Jalan Raja which is old-fashioned, small in size and unqualified for challenging 21st century law enforcement operations.
The complete new facilities resulted in a more comprehensive service to the community and this has fostered a new perception of the police force in the community.
What is less complete is the canteen or cafeteria which is a dining and recreational facility for staff and visitors is still not operational.

โ โ โ โ โ Pengendalian semasa pkp sangat tidak effisien.. Org yg datang ramai tapi hanya satu kaunter dibuka.. So lambat nak settle kes..
bila lambat org makin bertambah ramai.. Bila dah ramai, terpaksa beratur panjang dibawah panas matahari pulak..Org2 tua pon terpaksa la beratur jugak bawah panas ni, kalau org tua tu tumbang satgi dah satu hal lain pulak. Sepatutnya pihak polis dah boleh expect org akan ramai dan bersedia dan merancang mcm mana nak handle situasi ni dgn lebih effisien.. Harapkan bangunan ja cantik, planning fail..
Handling during pkp is very inefficient .. There are many people who come but only one counter is open .. So slow to settle the case ..
when it 's slow, people are getting more and more crowded .. When it' s crowded, they have to line up long under the heat of the sun..Org2 old pounds they have to line up even under this heat, if the old people fall down satgi is another thing. The police should be able to expect people to be numerous and ready and plan how to handle this situation more efficiently .. Hope the building is beautiful, file planning ..

โ โ โ โ โ Saya buat laporan polis tadi, nice je semua officer situ, tak kekwat pon macam satu balai polis dkt daerah lain. Dari pintu guard hingga ke buat laporan, very professional, tak judge saya. Cuma proses menunggu lambat sikit hampir setengah jam, ramai buat report, but still baik je officer perempuan tu.
I made a police report earlier, it's nice to see all the officers there, it's not like a police station near another area. From the guard door to the report, very professional, don't judge me. Only the waiting process was a little slow, almost half an hour, many people made a report, but the female officer was still good.
