★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kotasas ni kota elit yg paling mengarut pernah masuk, setiap perumahan kena asing n xbleh masuk drpd lorong2 utk smpai, jadi kau terpaksa keluar cari uturn jauh2, memang membazir masa, xpayah beli rumah kat sini, x berbaloi, jalan2 kat sini besar tapi nampak kotor dengan tanah merah penuh, pokok kering n x subur, org kat sini mesti stress, perumahan felda jauh lebih meriah dan cantik
 kotasas is the most ridiculous elite city ever entered, every housing has to be foreign n xbleh enter from the alleys to get there, so you have to go out looking for a long way back, it's a waste of time, xpayah buy a house here, x worth it, jalan2 here is big but looks dirty with full red soil, dry trees nx fertile, org kat here must stress, felda housing is much more lively and beautiful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dalam KOTASAS ni banyak perumahan kosong dan most of it dibuka untuk homestay. Better cari yang full air cond sebab semasa stay dkt area sana dkt ruang tamu je ada aircond dan lagi 3 bilik pakai kipas siling. Panas ya amaat
In KOTASAS, there is a lot of vacant housing and most of it is open for homestay. Better look for a full air cond because while staying near the area near the living room, there is air conditioning and 3 more rooms use ceiling fans. Panas ya amaat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A modest jogging track. Still ongoing landscaping and public amenities. Still lacking than other established developer such As Setia, Sime Darby, KLK and many others. City planner couldve been better. It seem lack experience and understanding of how to develop small community. It a safe place to stay. Love the environment
