★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such as nice and practical place for residents to exercise in the morning or afternoon. Unfortunately the place is under utilized. It lacks public toilet and at times the growth around the lake is not properly maintained.
I would like to suggest to local council to provide other facilities such as F&B and boats for visitors to paddle around the lake.
Let go some fish fries and swans to make the lake more lively...add path lights around the lake for people who choose to exercise after dark.
Maintain the grass at the hill slopes so as to prevent mud flow onto the path when raining.
Lastly, please plant some fruits trees such as rambutans, manggoes, manggosteen, dokong and other fruits around the lake for the benefits of residents and visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this studio. Suits my need very well. Very suitable for young family. Feel like at home. Need to use stairs though, not suitable for people with weak heart or disabilities of mobility (wheelchair etc). Otherwise it's a very value for money place to stay
