Good expertise and good customer support. First impression is the best impression My recent experience on my automobile repair and recoveries in Johor Bahru. In year 2018 I got a job offer and required to relocate to JB. I was based in Bandar Seri Alam serve a hospital for an IT project. Hence, I uprooted myself and my family along with my two cars: Wira 1.5L 1998 and Cruze 1.8L 2010. Direct to above introduction and cut the story short - First I got shocked on the overpricing which made the cost of living in JB and its surrounding far high compared to other cities in MY especially in Automotive expenses. When my Wira battery flat on Aug 2018, I googled to find a nearby workshop and towed to KP Dimention Auto Service Centre Taman Rinting . This is my first-time experience on some expert not known to me. The first impression was good and subsequently I continue my quarterly service with them. In a recent time, my luck with my cars not good and I had back to back issues. WIRA: Car will not start after overnight parking. I brought to KP Dimention Auto Service Centre Taman Rinting (Suman and VJ) did few hypotheses and since my alternator is old they suggest got it replaced and I purchase original Wira Alternator. After few days, the issue arises. At this point I got doubtful on KP Dimention Auto Service Centre Taman Rinting and seek for second opinion. This is where my nightmare and expense become worse. I found another workshop down the road Jalan Suria, soon tyre and service center jalan ara 2 Masai. Literally everything promising , as I notice many cars sent here made me to also sent my Cruze just to change the mechanical part - The tire and absorber suspension ( I surveyed many place , compared the price in KL even the price quoted by Chevrolet JB and Chevrolet KL far difference - this where I confirmed all the business folks take advantages on Singaporean and SGD earners - unfair to Malaysia citizen like me thou ) I ended up with unsatisfied job completion by soon tyre and service center jalan ara 2 Masai for both my car. I left no choice but submit myself to the issue and time, I brought my Wira back to to KP Dimention Auto Service Centre Taman Rinting and Cruze to Chevrolet Service Center Perms Jaya - highlighting all potential unqualified job done by Soon Auto. Happy Ending - I return to KP Auto Dimention - They solve my problem – current(power) leaking at battery connection. I sent my cruze to get all corrected. Lesson learned here 1. Moment of doubt and second opinion lead me to expensive spending and wastage 2. KP Dimention Auto Service Centre Taman Rinting are worth to be recognized on the knowledge, after sales support and courteous 3. Seeing is not believing - Soon Auto tyre is not worth fair money spending 4. JB is expensive for Malaysia and unfair for services
