I just buy a wardrobe last month. I believe the sliding door fitting is not good condition plus the design is not safe. The door is collide and the glass is all broke into pieces. It near to cause injuries to my son. I feedback to the seller. The reply is i have to pay for the damage door and the door will be re installed coz the wardrobe been sold for more than 1000 set n no problem as mine. My view...what will happen if someone is died due that door tomorrow?

I used RM4500 bought a full leather sofa 3+1 from KPH in 2014. After 3 years, leather started peeling. I tried to contact them but they said leather is not under warranty. I'm very curious "full leather" is so poor quality? Very bad customer service also...very very disappointed with this kind of service provided by KPH!!!

Extremely poor staff service. Went there during the 1/2 price sale expecting to have a great time for the “advertised superb looking furniture”. The initial experience was no doubt a blast, and we were thinking, what a great place! But unfortunately, this experience was short lived after we were joined by this sales lady. Instead of showing us around and telling us about the furniture, this Chinese 50-60yo lady who frowned and sulked all the way when we asked about the furniture, wood quality, price and mode of payment. The atmosphere was practically unbearable because we felt so pressured by her attitude— not to mention, she abandoned mid discussion when we were discussing about the piece of furniture! Talk about attitude! Of course we left empty handed! But, what kind of after service do you expect if one of them is like that! 0/10! Notes: -advertised 1/2 for all but some furnitures are not 1/2 price!!!!!! What a rip off. - 2% addition for credit card usage - 200rm for delivery charges

My mom and I came here to find an english style sofa but unfortunately the service from the staff is very disappointed. At first we very satisfied with the product, the elegancy of design and the quality. In the middle of survey, one of the staff (Im not sure what is his name but Im sure he is from east malaysia) attending us to a 2nd floor. His attitude is very annoying. My mom in love with 2 model of sofa. She tried negotiate the price, but the staff keep saying that my mom "play" him which in other saying like my mom not interested buying the item but try to nego. I asked my mom to go home and he suddenly yelled at me because disturbing his conversation with my mom. SERIOUSLY? I told him is it wrong to negotiate the price first before confirm it? I walk away and he keep saying to my mom "Puan, nanti datang jangan bawa anak puan, kalau puan bawa memang puan tak jadi beli". Is it right thing to say? ? btw i heard he kick the chair because mad at me. If other staff attend us that time, my mom already buy sofa and dinner chair with my card☺️? but sorry i wont come again. ?? Dont judge a book by its cover, this is lesson your staff have to learn.

If you're looking for new furnitures with good service, this would be the LAST PLACE TO CONSIDER. My mum got a dining set from them and they sent us 4 (out of 6) torned, defected chairs. I have then immediately contacted sales person MR. WILLIAM to solve this issue and he asked me to send him photos of the chairs, which I did right after our phone call ends. FYI, he did not even feel apologetic at all. He then read my messages without any respond. After more than 24hours of not hearing from him, I have decided to call the front desk of KPH to check on this issue. Without providing a better solution, KPH staff told me they will send me replacement chairs before CNY despite us informing them that we will be moving into new house in the next couple of days! My family and I have got no other choice but to drive all the way to KPH to discuss about this. However, upon arrival, MR. WILLIAM did not apologise at all(again) and even asked his colleague to 'keep an eye on us" - in mandarin "幫我看著他們!" while he continue serving another customer. I find his attitude, tone, and choice of words to be really rude. We've questioned him about him not responding to my text messages and 3 calls that he has hung up on me. Again, instead of apologising, he is still finding all sorts of excuses. In the end, he chose to walk away and hide somewhere and his colleagues got to step in to handle this issue. There are so many better ways to resolve this but i think KPH as a big brand in Batu Pahat has failed terribly.
