โ โ โ โ โ Been their customer for many years but recently the lady sales clerk very emo and irresponsible and rude. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! So already stop buying from them. After all KPI is not the only bottle supplier in Malaysia. We had found another that is much more cheaper and better customer service. Most important is nearest to us too.

The name of the person mentioned in many comments, the setup etc, be prepared to expect the lowest level of service even though youโre the paying customer. Very very lousy service !! Customers came, she can have the guts to tell them look at the samples yourself, Iโm busy. You think youโre the only plastic supplier in the area? Sack her and train your staffs. Staffs having free control of their time. No time punctuality. Not followIng up, promised to call etc, did not. Not even checking if the goods arrived. Customers need to sort and search for the goods themselves. Kampung style. This is an honest 100% true review. Try it. An old brand sadly with old management style of business,
