Worst hospital ever, never go to any kpj again. First try kjp kl then now kpj ampang. Really bad servis from nurse , staf & doctor at emergency department. Im check in to other swastal hospital than kpj, much much better servis & experience. I think whos comment good at here just from their staf to do that. you can see alot of bad feedback. Its really true!!!

Very worst experience with doctor and hospital.They are playing with lives.Management is very worst here.They are more focused on money and further treatment.problem was not explained clearly by doctor.Wrong diagnosis and treatment was explained by gynecology doctor.Second opinion was take on hospital assunta.Men gynecology doctor explained very clearly and we cure by medications.Doctor consultation is out of topics.Very worst doctor I ever meet.My suggestions not go even during emergency.They will put me very uncomfortable situation.They will not give trust which essential for doctor.Never ever try this hospital. We went for second opinion with a doctor in another hospital in PJs. And we got to know this kpj tried to clear off all the money that you have. No humanitarian thought. More concerned about money and how to make the can patiet again and to make more money.

Reliable private hospital. The nurses and doctors are very polite and helpful. The infrastructure of the hospital is very magnificent and all the ammenities like surau and toilet are clean and convenient. Its pricey but thats normal for private hospital. Got my grandfather sent there and the services from the staffs and doctors were incredibly great and fast.

I'm a loyal client since 2015 back. Just recently, I feel the service is getting bad. It took me 2.5 hours just for PCR-drive thru swab. In another episode, we were left hanging for +/-6 hours before admission, and need to walk (with kid very sick, vomit) to swab station for rapid RTK. Need to wait with drive-through queue. Next, I've purchased and requested medical report for my daughter's admission for insurance claim purpose. It's been 3 months and multiple follow ups have been done and I'm truly disappointed until now they cant prepare the documents yet. The facility also not well maintained, with bloody dirty toilet near to specialist clinic (level 2).

Our lovely daughter was born here and undergo check-up / vaccination here as scheduled. Here are my experience : 1. Parking - Quite limited during MCO because the new parking site was closed. But it is still okay if you come early in the morning till afternoon. Parking rate is quite expensive tbh. It offers TouchnGo feature. 2. Doctors- - Our doctor is very nice and professional. They understands patience , shows good empathy and nice to us. This applies for both gynie docs and pediatrician whom I dealt with. 3. Nurse - As for nurses majority of them are great, but there are a few which I found a bit annoying. Maybe they should learn from their colleague which is nice or go some other training. 4. Charges - Charges are reasonable when compare with all other private hospital (not medical centre) 5. Bed - It is okay but could have been better. 6. Hospital Food - 3 out of 5. 7 Hospital Cafeteria - 5 out of 5. A lot of choices. 8. Other Shops : Gloria Coffee Jeans / Pharmacy / Bakery or coffee shop (der backmeister), grocery store Location : nearby other shop out there , pharmacy, ampang point.

Honestly the nurse in Paediatric Ward are not warm and welcoming. We have been a regular since we have 2 children below 4 y/o.Some of them are quite rude. We pay extra to go to private hospital to get a better service than the government hospital but I am sorry to say even nurses in Paediatric government ward are better than them in term of knowledge and attitude.

My wife have been admitted since 2/2/2022 due to covid 19 +ve. My concern is that everybody at the ward does not respect person’s belief. My wife have told everybody that entered the ward to please inform her prior to the visit, at least 5-10 minutes before but till today everybody just rush into the room without care of her to wear something to close the aurah. This is rude and unbelievable. Please improve and do respect others. Thanks.

Went to get a drive-through PCR for my ct value. I was scanning the QR code pasted on the wall for drive through when this guard rudely comes to my open window and tells me to keep driving. I waved him away and told him my rtk was positive. He shouts at me and tells me he’s not a Bangla, he’s a Malay. I just ignored and continued driving past once the page appeared. At the lobby, he shouts at me again and tells me to move dangerously closer to the car in front. I called him from my semi shut window to explain (that would have made a safe 2-3metre distance), he shouts and tells me he doesn't want to get covid. At this point I told him to SHUT UP! Then he goes sticks his head in the window of the car behind mine to answer their question. Is this the kind of drive through service you can offer KPJ? No training for your staff? I will be sure to NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR HOSPITAL to any PATIENTS. I got to see first hand how pathetic the service is. I can now understand why you do not have high ratings. And your staff at the lobby, equip them WITH FULL PPE. Don’t treat COVID-19 as a joke. You wont digest until it happens to you, your parents, your spouse, or your children - 11/2/22 at 10.10am
