★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service by Dr Ding!!! Doesn’t tell you anything, what’s the diagnosis, what is he doing, what medication he is giving, for what purposes etc. Asked him also no reply. Only show his poker face. Told him the problem my dad is facing, he said wait outside. Later, he ordered my dad to do a scan and said it’s ok and walked out. I didn’t even have the chance to ask what scan he did, what is ok what is not!!! Then the nurse just said go upstairs do a urine test and go collect medication and come back next week. Asked the nurse so what’s the diagnosis she said gotta ask doctor but doctor is busy no time to explain. Worst doctor ever!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. From 1pm until 5.30pm still waiting at emergency chair to admitted and have to wait in pain. Nobody ask if i were fine or pain or anything.. After 5.45 i have to ask for help because my husb is really in great pain. Worst experience ever.. I see a lot of bad service ratings but nobody does anything to improve the service????

After the all clear for discharge,it would take them another 3 hrs just to give you their bill (cash payer).Totallyridiculous! Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services!!! Unprofessional job!!! Emergency hv to wait for a few hours to get treatment even in the midnight. Meanwhile, when in ward nurses r blur n slow when doing their job. For example they didn't even arrange time properly for the patient to eat medicine n also when press the CALL BELL hv to wait for half hour n sometimes even one hour for their services. Not only that, ask the nurses to make a cup of tea for us when patient drank it. It is made by cold water not hot at all. However, when the food arrive to patient ward the food is cold especially for porridge. It is better to find other places for treatment or even for emergency cases too. Hopefully they will do it better!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsatisfactory service from receptionist at Dr.Diva gynecology clinic,indian female staff front desk. Very rude when reply question even though the priority list is on the wall, but they don’t follow it. I and my wife came for an appointment after surgery. But had to wait almost 3 hours. Subsequently day I come with my wife in pain,reach clinic at 9am but that receptionist ask my wife to come again at 7.30 am coming morning because appointment for that morning already full even though my wife told her she's in pain.No empathy and don't know the priority. CEO please take a look at this. The hospital tortured patients after surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST specialist hospital i have ever been. Emergency button were not even working. When i call the nurses they said u have a leg to walk and come infront to let us know what is wrong. Even government hospitals are better than this. Extremely rude nurse, receptionist and worthless doctor. When i asked the doctor questions on how to treat my bronchitis he diverted the whole topic. Empty drips were left for more than 4 hours. I was diagnosed with bronchitis and given with sore throat and asthma medications only. Paid 5K just to waste money there. Not worth paying this money and the best part was i was not completely healed before discharge. I wish i could give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One word. TERRIBLE. IF YOU OR YOUR FAMILY WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE DIRT, This is the hospital for you. Long waiting times, doctors barely have time for you. Wrong procedures done. Nurses have horrible hospitality and rude. Please don’t ever come here. We made the mistake so you don’t have to.
