★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service by some of the nurse there, keep asking help for my grandmother but some nurse just ignore us and show bad attitude toward us. Not recommended, they just care about money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biling department working very slow. Discharging process took a whole day but no apology from that side.. Billing staff are not helpful and rude to the customer.
But staff nurses and radiographers are very helpful and made our day during our time in their department.. Thank you so much but to billing staffs, please nice to sick people.. Don't let us wait infront of ur counter while seeing staff having chit chat and acting jobless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmm from where do I need to start....ok yesterday I went to this hospital for the checkup.seems the doctor has not come yet so I went to cafe to have my breakfast...the food was finished so I waited for a while....both the lady staff keep staring at me and keep gossiping about me....well this is not the first time.people are coming to hospital to get the treatment and this is how you behave with patient...I hope the management train the cafe workers to behave good with the patients.but the guy look very friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to take the time to shout out to Dr Mohd Razali Zakaria (pediatric surgeon) for treating my son for intussusception. Dr. was half day last Friday, but he came back to check on my son and malam pun datang lagi to follow up. Thank you so much Dr. Razali for your amazing and selfless service.
The hospital need major makeover though. Hospital is quite old, some areas of the hospital are broken (flooring), windows really dirty especially the pediatric ward. Took the whole day to settle Prudential insurance (6pm baru dapat balik although doctor said tghari boleh balik). But overall service okay je. Facilities sahaja kena update sikit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best private hospitals in JB. Had many occasions where I went for their specialist care and admitted to their wards.
However, parking is very far away, and shuttle service is only provided during specific hours. Also, prior to covid, it can get super crowded as many people can afford private healthcare with their fancy medical cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine a visitor 60 years old and above having to walk up and down a long sloppy road without a sheltered walkway on a hot/rainy day to get to the car park. Even if it's free I would have a second thought about parking there!
And for the price that the hospital charges, I would expect a decent well balanced meal to be provided to the patient. Not overcooked veg with little meat or none at all. To put it simply the food served looks like overcooked vegetarian food.
Two days ago, my mum had to stay in her room's toilet for an hour or so before someone came to her assistance. The toilet bell was faulty. After reminding them for the fourth time to get it fixed, I gave up since she could manage better on her own.
