β β β β β Nothing much to comment but if the management of the hospital read this, do ensure that your telephone Customer Service / Admission personnel to provide a more accurate information. Even if it requires the personnel to call back the caller, if need to verify the information.
As for the Billing / Cashier personnel on level 3, please make it as an SOP to run through with the patients or patient's family member of the itemised Billing.
For those patients to be admitted and family member who will be accompanying the patient, you are required to do a COVID-19 RTKAg test. The fees here is RM140 per person. The family member will have to pay for the results.
Even if the patient if claiming under his/her medical insurance, you will discover that all the supplies related to covid-19 being used are NOT ALLOWED TO BE CLAIMED by the insurance company.
You will only learn this when you get your bill. Ask for the detailed bill before you pay. I am not sure why the hospital do not practice giving the payer to have a look of the bill.

β β β β β Admitted here due to wound gapping post csection delivery at one of hospital in klang valley. It was my first time seeing Dr Karen one of the specialist of o&g. Sheβs such an experience doctor with great personality. A friendly doctor and sheβs there to answer all your doubts and worry.
Alhamdulillah after two days, the wound is showing so much improvement after on antibiotic and a well dressing done by Dr Karen every single day.
Even after being discharged, she gave her personal phone number to reach her directly should i have any worry or doubt during my healing process at home.
Thanks a mil to all the friendly and welcoming nurses at 2B ward and special thanks to Dr Karen and her two assistant Shirley and Shila. May God bless you βΊοΈ

β β β β β Huge thanks to Dr. Karen - best ob/gyn in town. Our consultation sessions were wonderful and stress-free. Only good, positive vibes from her as well as her staffs Shiela and Shirley. Theyβre super friendly, cheerful and so helpful. Not fogetting the nurses here are super warm and very helpful. I had c-section conducted by Dr. Karen and everything went so well. Overall I had a great experience here, from monthly check-ups to delivery process. 5 stars treatment and hospitality. No complaints. Highly reccommended.

β β β β β I have been delivering all my babies here in KPJ Taiping. This year, 2022, is the year we will be welcoming our 4th child where i have decided to go for my first lady doctor Dr. Karen. The checkups, and the delivery was definitely different from before. It has been amazing, smooth and comforting delivery from Dr. Karen. Facilities too have tremendously improved from before. The rooms and toilets were totally new, which is great as it represents what private hospital is all about. It gives comfort and satisfaction for the price we are paying. So well done KPJ Taiping, and keep improving.
