Sometimes work is not good enough..
some small item is not changed while it's charged for new item, whether forgotten about it or just ignore it, free money..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. When customer ask when can you finish repair the car (ofc everyone is concerned of their car) . He answered "letih la u ni. Ambil la kereta"
I Never forced to a dateline. Just by asking. He replied that.
2. Quoting unwanted high end radiator for na car.
3. When asked what's the warranty for all this parts. He asked to find another workshop.
The quotation was around 1.6K. Definitely people going to ask for warranty.
4. After repair at another shop. Found out that previously cheap oil filter was used for my car which was changed at this shop. I remember he used an unknown gearbox oil too which I need to check back again. Don't trust if they say this brand is better than anything else.
