★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mainly foods there. Got a lot of restaurant for different types. Got western, Chinese and lots of choice. There's also two car showroom there, kia and subaru. There's a only clinic there. Can say very convenient and suitable for those want to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ive been here for 3 months working as intern. they dont have public toilet but they have surau. Lack of food stall for economy meal, so my only option is 7-eleven or Domino's or just walk to Complex Bukit Jambul. All parking is paid parking except the back alley which i have to quickly grab every morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Block of multi storey shophouses with businesses like car detailing centre, Thai restaurant, Hong Kong Kitchen halal dim sum restaurant, Korean BBQ restaurant, Chinese restaurant, convenience stores, Domino's pizza, Mazda showroom( closed now) n a budget hotel. There's even a church on the top floor n a pub on ground floor. Maintenance is slacking. Many units are unoccupied or unlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AhBasri Satay is here and that's my favourite satay eatery as far as Penang Satay is concerned. The sticks of satay whether it's Ayam Original or calamari,you name it they have it to suit your taste buds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for new car or detailing? Here might be the place you looking for. Out door car park is limited but you can always make use of the basement carpark with minimum charges. Night time here also a good place to hang out with friends. The place loaded with Japanese Restaurant, Indonesian Restaurant, Pizza, Chinese Restaurant, and more. Pub is available in this building too with most of it having happy hour till 10 or 11pm.
