I do not know nor heard of Kt till I checked online for car air con services. I am extremely impressed with their technical knowledge on car air conditioning problems. Within 10 mins, they are able to detect the problem & gave me a repair quote without obligation unlike other workshops that told me that I have to leave my car behind for them to take apart before they know what is the actual problem & cost to repair. The other shops charge for quotation (RM100-200) if I do not want to repair with them. Unlike KT Car Accessories, free quotation. I was pleasantly surprised that the final billing came out cheaper than what they originally quoted me. Grateful for their honesty in charges. From now onwards, any car problems, Kt will definitely be my first choice.
