★ ★ ★ ★ ★ location is proximity to most eating outlets, they have cafe at the ground lobby too, and some other outlets, but it is centuries old apartment, seem lack of maintenance, and note some room is facing main road...and it tend to be noisy if any public occasions going on. Please do check the apartment unit carefully if wanna stay there - for any leakage or any defects....like AC not proper work or other things...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not well maintain. broken lock.. out finishing and door trim.. Very bad smell out side of the room (along the corridors)...pls do something. btw the room was clean and spacious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the heart of the city. Close to any events being held there. Price is not super cheap but it does include 5Xmeals for a 2D1N stay.
And the meals is not bad too. A good stay if you're attending an event and doesn't want to worry about food. Otherwise why not try the local food ;)
Food to try if you're visiting Kota Bharu:
1. Nasi berlauk (morning)
2. Nasi Kak Wok (lunch)
3. Colek (night time food)
4. Yati Ayam Percik (lunch)
5. Pulut Ikan Bakar
6. Restoran Nasi Ulam Cikgu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the city centre besides KPJ Perdana Specialist Hospital. Near to the Sultan Muhammad IV Stadium. Easy access to eating places across the street. Parking area at the basement & lower ground of the building. This area will be well crowded if there is a game at the stadium.

the hotel is poorly maintain..
The room is spacious and tidy but a little bit dusty as i sneezed upon entering the room. The bed and pillow sheeths were not perfectly clean.. no iron, iron board nor hair dryer.
Sad, wifi is not available in the room..
The air conditioner was in terrible condition.. i was in 'sauna' on my last night here.. my friend also encounter the same problem.. luckily he managed to switch room..
Not recommended..
