★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness is very poor. The washroom stalls look like it has not been cleaned for a long time. Please hire more staff for cleaning purposes. Even the hallways are dirty.
Food court:
There are too few cleaners, it takes so long to clear a table. There are a lot of space but too few tables. Not sure how it made sense.
The parking lines are not that visible, and the arrangements doesn't make sense. Also there should be some supervising in place for cars that park irresponsibly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 1st official one stop centre mall opened in Kuala Terengganu (occupied by other tenants or outlets) under the same roof. Located at a strategic area facing to the breathtaking view of South China Sea. Seems to be incompletely or fully occupied since many shop lots are empty and few of them is going to opening soon. However still not a bad decision to come here as Starbucks, F.O.S, KITEA, MyLaksa, Xing Fung Tang, Timberland, Skechers and Swatch are amongst the only available outlet here in Kuala Terengganu. No Cinema and Free Basement Parking during the time of revisit.
Update 2nd Revisit @ October 2020 : CINEMA NEW OPENING - Paragon Cinemas
3rd Updates @ Mar 2021: Wow! Still Free basement Parking ?️ Provided despite you need to punch out the ticket ?️!
4th Update @ Feb 2022: Hourly charged car parking & the new opening of UNIQLO outlet in KTCC. Happy Chinese New Year!
