★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faster service and the worker is very friendly except the teller at the counter. Sometimes he kinda creepy hahahahah. Then the place is cozy, it has a waiting room that has air-conditioner and tv despite it has a rail-view so you can watch the train's coming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still use traditional ways of booking. No kiosk or machine. But it understandable, as there are many elderly who used to commute here. Available for each 1 hour. So you can buy ticket 1 hour prior to your journey, no need to buy them several days earlier. Parking spaces are limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strategic place for travelers to go from places to places. It is only 3 minutes away from the airport, and you can easily go to Alor setar, Gurun, Sungai Petani, Butterworth and same goes to North destinations; Padang besar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From Sultan Abdul Halim Airport arrived KTM Anak Bukit by Grab at 8:30pm. Took train to Arau (route Butterworth to Padang Besar - Platform 1). Fortunately there remains 1 last trip at 9:48pm. There got a ticket counter but close for prayer time. But it's fine because there also got machine so that we buy ourself (pay with debit card). Big Waiting room with air-conditioning. Very convenient.
