Lovely sanctuary for elephants. The elephants is a rescue case, lots of infographics available throughout the sanctuary. Very fun session with the kids. The sanctuary is clean and equip with all necessity such as toilet, prayer room and foods. The place is also very OKU friendly. No entrance fees which is marvellous but do support the sanctuary by buying food there for the elephants. Sugar cane is RM3, its an interactive session with the elephants. They also have shows and other activities but its depend on weathers. The best thing is there are no chain and no elephants riding, that's what make a good sanctuary.

Very informative place about elephants.its not zoo .All the elephants there are rescued from all around Malaysia for rehabilitation purpose. No entry fees,it's completely free but You are encouraged to give any amount of donations. They have sell sugarcane (elephant food) with RM 3.00 /bundle. You can feed the elephant by your hands. A fun and nice place to bring your young ones, especially if you are staying in the city . The elephants were not left to move freely around the place , but you still can interact with them closely. You can get the experience of feeding the elephants, watching them playing in the river(except for raining season as the water level may rise and and not suitable for them).

Good elephant sanctuary. Entrance is free but visitors are encouraged to make a donation. I am happy that elephant rides are not allowed here in the elephant sanctuary. Visitors are allowed to feed and get close enough to the elephants to pet them and that is good already. People should not be complaining about not being able to get anymore closer to the animals. This is an elephant SANCTUARY, not a farm where you're free to exploit animals.

Wonderful experience for the kids to interact with the elephants. Take note of the show times and plan your visits based on the elephant show. It's like a zoo but with only elephants. It's a simple but good setup. There is no entrance fee, but you have to register yourself and get a sticker before entering the elephant sanctuary. After the elephant show you can feed the elephants. You can pay RM3 for a bundle of sugar cane and feed it to the adult or baby elephants. When feeding the elephants you can touch the elephants. There is also a deer farm nearby, but we did not go for that.

Good encounter with the gentle giants. Only feedback is the stickers which are being given out as entrance "ticket". There is no need to produce these stickers which is an additional cost to run this facility that is already doing a great job. I say spend it on the conservation work instead of the stickers which end up on the floor or dustbin anyway!

U have to drive about 11km towards this centre as you exit the Lanchang toll. Entrance is free but u may donate for any amount if u wish to. U can also hire a guide for a certain fees. Lots of interesting facts about elephants that u can learn through out this visit. U can feed these elephants by buying sugar canes or bananas that they sell inside. Bath time is around 2pm and it was such joy & delight to watch these elephants bath in the river especially the young ones! If only they have a proper souvenir shops that sells fridge magnet - I have a collection of them from the trips that I've been to.? Regardless of that, we really enjoyed the trip & I really recommended for parents to bring their kids to this conservation centre for a change... somewhere that can connect them to wildlife & nature.
