★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just shocked because I thought the transnational bus office hour is only until 10 pm maybe. But they worked until 11 pm + and helped me to solve the issue which is surprised me that under my emergency circumstance.

Such a poor time management bus company. Was taking 6.45pm bus from here to Kuala Lumpur. Only knew 6.45pm was the time for the bus to depart from Taiping when I asked the staff there. Wasting my time for waiting here!
