★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banyak yg komplen negatif tu betul... basic aje, panggilan fon kami pun tak d jawab, perbetul tu dulu.... bos2 yg besar tu, turunlah padang, buat panggilan anonymous... test your own cawangan2... tengok apa yg kami cakap ni betul ke? tidak.... paling kurang, call saya... saya ada feedback.... tak kan kes gini pun perlu saya call PM..... saya tunggu feedback jab ni.... nak tengok mereka serius ke? tak
 Many of the negative complaints are correct ... just basic, our phone calls are not answered, that's correct first .... those big bosses, go down to the field, make anonymous calls ... test your own branches ... see what What we're saying is true? no .... at least, call me ... I have feedback .... isn't it the case that I need to call the PM ..... I'm waiting for the feedback from this jab .... want to see them seriously? not

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, lazy and inefficient staff. Was told to report on monday, 13/1/20 but they staff in charge were just about to have their meeting on the same day and told us to come again the following day. What a waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment at 4pm, the moment I went to the security guard, wah they was playing phone. I ask him that I want to go and get my result but one of them told oh its closed now, then I ask him for number for me to contact, he can say, see if u can find at the front, and other security guards was laughing, its very poor service. Now is very bad covid time but don't treat your local Malaysian citizen like this. The guard told me to come back tmrw at 10am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why am I being forced to quarantine in a quarantine hotel in kL when my hometown is Ipoh. I am paying for my quarantine and I should be able to decide where I want to be quarantined. If the government is paying they get to decide but since I am paying I should be able to decide. Why are the so called hotlines never answered?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to call this number for 5 days now. If this is really a health authority, please pick up... and stop behaving as if COVID takes a vacation during the weekends. People obviously have some pressing questions to ask, otherwise they won't call. Also, they take way too long to reply emails. Please be more efficient. Or just stop listing a phone number, because at this rate, I'm convinced the phone number is just for show...
