★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a trusted business centre that provide serviced office, virtual offices, hot desking, coworking space which the owner own and manage by themselves.
As I had a unhappy experience with other service provider which they don't own the property themselves and closed down because of not well manage.
So far so good, been a month here with Avenue Business Centre Plaza Sentral

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a tenant for the past 22 months and find this place conducive with adequate facilities sufficient for my needs.
Areas for improvement :
1. Pantry - use clear glass jars for sugar and creamer rather than recycled coffee bottles . Looks neater and hygienic if washed regularly. .
2.Lack of safety awareness among tenants - Management should conduct more safety awareness drills and presentations.
