★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy traffic police station with crowds queing to pay saman or to make various reports. Outside by main road will be tow trucks with accident vehicles. Some vehicles really beat up and some with blood stains on the seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong hours given from other Balai . Information not consistent at all. Came twice both said counter not open , will only follow this opening hours PRINTED on an A4 paper that everyone could do the same . Info everywhere else including website, other police stations are WRONG. Brilliant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong office hours given at reception and cause me to wait for another 1 hours plus (parking RM5.00 per hour at opposite open car park).Summon Counter 1 & 3 give 5 star as I didn't bring a hard copy of evidence and she help me to print. Front office counter 4 Police Azizul give 5 star as help me to prepare the police report with friendly and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located near to Chinatown / Petaling Street, and is one of the busiest traffic police station. Easy to locate this station as it is just near to the main street. There is a parking lot for problem / accident cars. There are many repair agents standing near that parking lot. You need to lodge a complaint / report at the front office before they guide you to a certain sergeant officer located at the back building who will interview you in more detail. You need to get number for both front office & to be interviewed by the officer. Basically it will take about 1~2hours to lodge a full accident report. There is a small cafeteria at ground floor. Officers and staffs in this station are friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here for all my accidents in KL. Handful of it only. Especially if you want to claim insurance.
I understand some people who feel dissatisfied with some of the services. But I feel that they are doing their job.
If you could, come early in the morning. Lesser crowd. And be polite each time dealing with them. They will be nice to you. The counter was friendly, the inspector dealing my case was also nice, even providing his phone number.
I have two police friend too, and they all nice people. At the end, I think it how you talk to ppl bring you a long way to have a comfortable experience with them.
Try to explain your situation nicely. Sometimes you think you not wrong? But think again... If you the kind who are like so defensive about your action, so much bs about how the car is wrong, and you just kiasu on the road and very aggressive. Then you always be unhappy with their service.
The only part I hate is the amount of people outside the compound for the car workshop. And the lack of car parks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly efficient, given the large number of people coming through. Classic ”take this to counter 12, get a stamp, go on to second floor, room 3” administration. Parking is a nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's situated near Chinatown or near Petaling Street. Easy to find as anyone can guide you to find this.
Front office where you lodge the complaint is very friendly and easy process to follow. Usually long queues as there are many people. Once the compliant lodged at the front office, they will guide you to go meet an officer to certify the police report. There also can be long queues as officers are usually less and busy.
