★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mohon bagi discipline kapada nurses yg berkerja di klinik kuala sungai baru ( terlebih bilik 8).
pelayanan yg diberikan sangat2 teruk
1. pada masa conversation nurse dg pesakit tidak memakai pelitup muka
2.sembang dg sesama nurse , sambil makan snacks didepan pesakit
3.pada musim covid ini sungguh tidak dianjurkan dalam bilik rawatan yg kapasiti kecil terdapat 8 Sampai 10 org berada didalam bilik tersebut.
sila ambil tindakan untuk keselesaan & keselamatan kita bersama.

apply for discipline to nurses working at the new kuala sungai clinic (especially room 8).
The service provided is very bad
1. at the time of the conversation the nurse with the patient did not wear a face mask
2. Chat with fellow nurses, while eating snacks in front of patients
3. During this covid season, it is not recommended in a treatment room with a small capacity of 8 to 10 people in the room.
please take action for our comfort & safety together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seperti klinik2 dan jabatan2 kerajaan yg lain, servis perlahan & kebanyakan staf kurang beradab. Bkn sbb ramai org, tp sbb tak organise. Staf perlu pergi kursus customer service, jika xsuka kerja ini, sila berhenti & beri peluang kepada org lain. Ini termasuk juga Dr yg semakin krg kualiti & knowledge. Jgn lupa Dr bkn engineer, ilmu medical mudah dipelajari di internet. Jika Dr malas, pesakit pun boleh jadi lbh bijak dari Dr untuk kes2 tertentu.
Like other clinics and government departments, service is slow & most staff are uncivilized. Bkn sbb ramai org, tp sbb tak organise. Staff need to go to customer service course, if xsuka this job, please stop & give opportunity to other org. This also includes Dr who is getting more quality and knowledge. Don't forget Dr is not an engineer, medical science is easy to learn on the internet. If Dr is lazy, even patients can be smarter than Dr for certain cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff lack of empathy for o.k.u patients,they can't understand not all o.k.u kids/adult can stay still or wait longer,begged staff for their understanding yet they answer cynically,no consideration at all..same goes when answering call,asked nicely about postponing app but staff who answered that sounds like an old lady replying with rude tone...should go to customer service training

I really do n’t understand why it can be so slow and efficient. Every time I come here, I feel like an angel will become a demon.??
