The entrance is ticketed, but you can validate your parking ticket at the swimming pool entrance and it will be free afterwards. I was greeted by a friendly man at the entrance. Despite being disabled, he has done a good job taking care of the pool. Water is clean, and it's Olympic size. There is life guard around all the time which is a good thing. One thing that needs to be addressed is the toilet.. some toilets have no lock, then the drainage wasn't smooth so after just a few seconds of showering, the water quickly accumulated.
