★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason for me to comment here is because the staff who is in-charge of answering the phone has just crossed the line. I would've call them around 50 times in a span of 5 days and not one call was answered. Today, I called a few times to inquire about an important issue regarding a property and finally when I got through, I could hear clearly that whoever answered the phone picked it up and left it on the table. They just left me hanging while I can hear them exiting the room (Look at the picture attached). Tried calling again, straight to voicemail. To whoever hired that person, please reconsider hiring someone else who know the importance of their job. This person is here just to shake leg and makan gaji. They don't understand the people who are trying to call in have important issues to handle. Please look into this matter.
