โ โ โ โ โ Being the most favourite place to visit when visiting Kuantan. Quite lame and old fashioned for some peoples but I love here the most. Many shop lots here and variety things to choose from. Hunting for McDonald's ice cream kiosk everytime. Hehe.

โ โ โ โ โ Old school type shopping mall. Most shops are local traders. No major brands here. There's a The Store supermarket, KFC and Pizzahut fast food outlet, Watsons and many many many telco shops. Carpark entry is by TnG card only.

โ โ โ โ โ Haven't been to Kuantan Parade for almost 6 or 7 years.
Was surprised to see many phone shops, opticals, watch shops, clothes and goldsmiths.
Good shopping spot for affordable items.

โ โ โ โ โ I would say that this is a modest-old mall, but merrier. The mall is alive (not dead). Songs played aloud on speaker. There were a lot of people, stalls. The mall was like a maze; went to another side, you'll find another 'mall'. Hard to say, but once you're inside, you'll know what I mean ? (I wish the owner of the building do something about the parking lot, make it merrier or at least, cleaner/shinier).

โ โ โ โ โ Quite fun and nice to shopping here with so many outlets, from clothing, food and beverage, and so on. Wide area for parking lot.

also a surau nearby the mall (located between KP and kompleks teruntun)

โ โ โ โ โ A mall which is quite old but kept and maintained properly. Most of the shops are mobile phones shop. There are few foods and drinks stalls. Mostly are for take away. Sadly, some of the shops are closed for good. If you're looking for different type of mobile phones and accessories, this is an OK place to go to. Washroom are quite clean but the water leaking to one another seems like an issue.
