โ โ โ โ โ Safety guard is RELA, which is friendly. But visitor parking is limited.need park outside and walk to the kuarters. Have playground and multi sport court. Got kedai runcit as well.

โ โ โ โ โ A nice Government Quarters with Rela personnel manning the guardhouse. Well maintained surrounding to provide clean enviroment managed by appointed GLC Contractors.
Provided each tenant with one roofed and an open parking lots. Grocery shops available. Nursery for kids below 4 years. Safe playground for kIds supported with rubberised padded flooring. Basketball and Tenis court also available. Badminton cum sepak takraw courts were normally occupied by youngsters while their parents are at work. Clean roofed brick house with weekly rubbish truck collecting schedule.
These Quarters also provides Community Hall for residents social activities or festives gathering and a prayer hall. Well maintained lifts for residents as well as cargo.

โ โ โ โ โ For class D the house is so spacious with 2000++sqft. Got 5 room, 1 study room, 4 bathroom n 3 of them got heater, 2 store room at the kitchen.
