★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have tried several stalls around Penang, this is the best I ever had. It's one of my must-eat-list whenever visit Apollo Market, Raja Uda. I never had such crunchy pork lard (猪油渣) and best match with the flavorful soup base ? A huge highlight - Must add their sambal into the soup! And wait, it's only cost RM4.00 which can't ever find one in KL area! The price is so affordable with such portion ? Can't wait to visit them again and the boss is so friendly and nice! ?
