But my recent experience with one of the sales manager is unaccepted.
We have placed the order in Oct 2019, the Sales Manager said the order will only be ready in 2020 as she can't receive any firm delivery date from US principal.
Sent her first reminder on 10 Jan 2020 to follow up on order status, no reply.
Sent second reminder on 13 Jan 2020, also no reply.
I hope the company in charge will read my comment and revert to my email.
