★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I simply love the staff in that office! Service was (and still is)indeed very good, right from the help desk to the service counters(tables actually). The staff manning the counters are so polite and patient. I must say that KWAP did a good job training them. They certainly know how to handle the aged. Keep up the good work and God will surrly bless good people like you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service from the counter staff. They are very friendly and helpful to assist with any civil service pensioner issues. For the car park, they provided us with a voucher for free parking, only for civil service pensioners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say that KWAP is has one of the most customer friendly, polite and well mannered employees.
From the guy sitting in the front desk, to the employees manning the service counters, all of them are very polite.
Wish all the other government services are at least 50% as well trained as these KWAP employees are, then the world would be a better place.
