★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient ! I am from the old school so I did not expect it will be a fast process in a Government office. I am really impressed, it took less than 20 mins for my visit. ( I actually have to line up for a number, talked to the person in charge of giving the number, who gave me a form to fill and he highlighted the "must filled " parts, filled the form, line up again , collect my number, went to the counter which has my number, the officer talked to me and at the same moment her fingers non-stop processing the information -> and DONE).
This office has 41 counters (of course not all open but is impressive enough), around 10 to 12 Epf kiosk machines outside. Handful of staff helping around the I-akaun registration terminals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went there to register i-akaun, the kiosks is placed outside, so doesnt matter if the office is closed. Met with a very nice, good police bantuan, guided me how to reset d password, step by step.... if u did not see i-akaun registration on the kiosk screen, try reset user id and password on kwsp website, in case you forgot u had registered it before, just like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never fail to get impressed by the speed and service quality of the kwsp even during the time of the mco when we had to make online appts. I was there on wed 17 march and i was attended to by Cik Mornisah of the Retirement Advisory Center.She not only handled my transaction with great efficiency but also went out of the way to handle my I-Akaun which hd been blocked with great patience and got it actively working again. My sincere thks to her . Epf the real Gold Standard for all to follow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sis and I went to the EPF office at Jln Raja Laut to sort out a few things - I wanted to change the beneficiaries. And my sis wanted to withdraw as she’s now Singaporean.
What a joy! The receptionist to the officers were polite, pleasant and helpful. We achieved our objectives in less than an hour. Syabas to KWSP!
