β β β β β Whatever you do, do not insure your car with them. They have the worst reputation with bad customer service, and extremely slow processing time worst than a government service. Even if you complain and write emails to their customer service, their reaction is short term but doesnt solve the whole problem. The follow up and follow through attitude is bad too. I have lost my car last year and believe me. It's okay to pay more to other insurance agencies, just walk away from Kurnia. It's not worth it.
