★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to current CMCO Restrictions, the company has reduced the opening hours for the Ipoh Main Branch from 8 hours to 4 hours during the week days (now operating hours are from 09:00 hrs till 13:00 hrs Monday till Friday. This has resulted in longer queuing time for many customers.
Previously, the queue time was less than 15 minutes.
The front line has suggested that customers wishing to renew their insurance policy may do so faster through their website.

The Ipoh Branch Office is now operating on normal working hours between 09:00 and 04:30 pm on weekdays.
