After calling for a quote to provide all products in 10+ outlets they refuse and say come in to discuss. Once arrived at 7:30pm, staff decide to close early at 8pm instead of 9pm and were kicked out of the shop. Told to come back next day and manager would be there by 10am. After arriving at 10:30am the manager didn't arrive until 11:30am!!
This is outfit a joke and I can tell the reviews here are written by themselves. After waiting until 11:30am and be told to take off shoes to enter a disgusting and dirty office I was further ignored for 10 minutes and then told to leave and given less than 1 minute and they will send the product list by 4pm same day.
3 days later still no product list. Avoid this business at all costs. They are liars and show zero integrity towards customers.

β β β β β Horrible experience just trying to GIVE THEM BUSINESS. We were going to be regular buyers of at least 10 cartons of EACH PRODUCTS with 60 products we want to get from them every month, yet they treated us like we were invisible the whole time we were there. The service guys AND the so called 'boss' sitting upstairs.
We were ignore for so long, that I HAD TO SPEAK IN TAMIL before I got their shocked expression and all 3 staff stopped to stare at me in shock to find a Chinese speaking in Tamil,
Not only that, the amount of disrespect from all of them is appalling. When we entered the night before, 3 guys were watching video on the phone and ignored us even when we asked about things.
The constant promise by the boss to give us quotations was shocking as well. It was never delivered.
Don't want to play the race card but it does seem like we were ignored due to that.
Avoid this business, I can recommend MUCH BETTER service and CHEAPER suppliers to you if you need anything. We immediately found another right after we left their dirty shop.
