★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delayed Schedule without reason. The condition of the bus is bad. Noise and shaky. At the end malfunction and stop at roadside of highway. Took me 5.5 hours back to JB from KL - TBS. Please beware of this Bus Company - Kwok Ping Express . The ticket price is more pricey than other Bus Company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus is more noiser than taking a lorry. Took more than 6 hours to arrived from Larkin to TBS! You can’t really imaging how hard I passed this 6 hours with that noise. Even a free of charge I will never take this bus again. Really BAD experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worthy a single star. Ticket at 7.45pm from Larkin.845 still at Tun Aminah.refuelling. Bus broke down at Ayeh Keroh.by the time I wrote this, 2.30am. Replacement bus still have not arrived. How frustrating. Better shut the business than give problems to passengers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been through a very bad experience with this bus services. I bought the bus ticket at 12.45pm and I expect to reach johor bahru at 4pm but when I get into the bus then only I been inform that this bus is going shah alam to pick up other passengers but I'm still alright with it. After that the driver drive all the way to Tbs bus terminal again without informing anything and been waiting there for almost half an hour then only really start travel to jb. At 5.46pm I still haven reach jb instead the bus stop at batu pahat terminal bus, this is too over, it suppose to be express but it took me half day to reach jb and I'm rushing. If when I purchase this bus ticket I were informed about all this i wouldn't be so upset but I wasn't. Once experience is enough, not gonna choose this bus company anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please make sure that the bus arrived on time and change your system ok!! This is my first experience to this bus express, I very dissappointed about it and keep the bad experience to Me. First and foremost, the bus is quite noise and smoking in the bus. Other than that, my suggest is if the customer not coming on time, so the bus just go only not need wait until them appear. Can you learn from other terminal like TBS. I was very angry about it. Below is my experience, last week i book a seat on this express. On the day, i arrived on time and unfortunately, one of the customer coming late about 20 minutes. Hence, all bus passenger wait for he about 20 minutes at Larkin Sentral. Other than that, also two customer also coming late about 16 minutes at Tun Aminah Bus Terminal. It totally waste about 36 minutes for all bus passenger. Finally started to KL, just coming out from Terminal, traffic jam in johor bahru Sentral. Plzzzzzz improve the point just now i write!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand how you can sell a bus ticket for 8.30am in JB And still not left JB by 10.30am! Bus was 30 minutes late and stopped in Tun Aminah, picked up a package on the way and stopped before the Skudai toll to refuel. We're still here at the Petron.
