I was astounded to the quality services provided, it only took me like 7 minutes to complete my withdrawal application and walla everything when smoothly without a hitch never have i experienced such prompt and efficient services dealing with government departments. Thanks a million for your efficiency and quality service rendered. Nothing less then a 5 star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New norm: scan mysejahtera app, and security guard will scan your temperature at the entrance.
You will need to make appointment (temujanji) at the ground floor before proceeding to epf office. Appointment date and time can be arranged within a day. You will need to scan bar code to set for appointment.
Your appointment will be at the 3rd floor and you will need to go the reception counter to take queue number. You will need to tell your appointment date/time and name of the officer you are meeting. And to bring along documents needed. Process will be completed within 10 mins depending on your epf situation.
Parking are limited and to pay with touch n go.

Instead of wasting a good chunk of the day over a parking spot or long queue, gt more time exploring the beautiful Georgetown.
The scenic coastal road + good service from the kwsp staff.
The staff was polite and friendly.
I love how she answered my enquiries, assisting me all the way.
Some strangers somewhere still remember you because you were kind to em ?
Valuable info that I could share with other students.
The only headache is the difference between the UK and Malaysian systems. Less is more from the lecture slides to the receipts from uni accommodation portal. Even my name on the british library access pass ended up with just ‘miss w’. (p/s: don't pick a long name for your kids)
It’ll seem weird for Asians, the professors can be Nobel prize winners yet insisted to be addressed just on first name basis - morning Tom. But it is what it is ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and spacious office on 3rd floor. You need to book an appointment online first during MCO. However on a slow day, you can meet ahead of your appointed time. Now in between pandemic outbreaks, online appointments have been abandoned, so just walk in like a millionaire. Not all machines are reliable like the women here ... most days.
