appointment online full until the end of the year.walk in dah of course not possible.kwsp please increase the number of your appointment slots.very troublesome.I want to make an education withdrawal.

Urusan : Pengeluaran Pembelian rumah
1)Sistem temujanji sangat memudahkan dan memberi keselesaan kerana jumlah pengunjung diuruskan mengikut jumlah tertentu dari masa ke semasa.
2)Pengurusan S. O. P yg bagus bermula dari hadapan pintu masuk, kaunter khidmat pelanggan dan Kaunter pengurusan. (terima kasih kpd staff yg menjaga pintu masuk dan staff yg menjaga kaunter khidmat plgn)..
3)Staff Kaunter pengurusan (Kaunter 2- jika tidak silap Puan Zalena namanya) sangat peramah, mesra dan memberi maklum balas yang sangat bagus.
4)Setelah selesai urusan, Staf yg menjaga mesin Kiosk pula membantu saya menunjukkan jalan keluar dan membukakan pintu. ?
??????????Wah.. 4 orang staff KWSP memberikan khidmat yg terbaik memberikan saya pengalaman yg menyenangkan.
Tahniah.. Dan terima kasih..

1) The appointment system is very convenient and provides convenience because the number of visitors is managed according to a certain number from time to time.
2) Good S. O. P management starts from the front entrance, customer service counter and management counter. (thank you to the staff who guarded the entrance and the staff who guarded the plgn service counter) ..
3) The staff of the management counter (Counter 2- if I'm not mistaken Mrs. Zalena is her name) is very friendly, hospitable and gives very good feedback.
4) After finishing the business, the staff in charge of the Kiosk machine helped me show the way out and open the door. ?
??????????Wow .. 4 EPF staff provided the best service giving me a pleasant experience.
Congratulations .. And thank you ..
