★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time visit for education withdrawal, super good service from security guard to the front reception and service counter. This really surprise me! They are so helpful and giving good advice and guidance. Eventually, I get things done in less than 15mins during peak hour. I'm impressed! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single staff was alert, extremely friendly, efficient, pantas, accommodating and very patient. Absolutely blown away by the service level. I had several different matters that I came for (and came back in after leaving when I realised I needed something else resolved) and thus came across 5 different members of staff. Each one of them went the extra mile, were proactive and absolutely present, no one was distracted and everyone made me feel I had 110% of their attention at each touch point. They made me feel like they were happy to see me and serve me (even though I was in jeans, T shirt and old sandals). Very, very pleased.

But the parking here is RM5 which is quite expensive.
Suggest to park at Amcorp mall or opposite A&W and walk over the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All government services should look to KWSP as a benchmark for customer service. I am very impressed at the friendliness, and proactiveness of the staff here. I came to do nomination, and it only took less than 10 minutes (but it's also a long public holiday week). One of the counter staff who took my thumbprint made me walk away feeling like I just went to a children's clinic and was praised for good results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came this morning to drop off documents after an online withdrawal application for housing.
Entry was well marked with polite, well spoken staff to direct clients where to go. Waiting time was very quick, served quickly - number called within 5 minutes. A good number of staff at the counters, plus additional staff in the centre (I assume for administrative stuff that needed to be done online before document verification etc).
Place was clean and very modern, SOPs were well adhered to.
Thumbs up for the staff members working there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs here very supportive and friendly as well. It's nice uniform in yellow and they welcome you in front door to explain each of your question.
You're allowed to walk-in from 01Nov2021, no appointment required.
As for EPF registration for foreigner, you need to prepare set of docs incl 01 copy of KWSP Form 3 (2021 version - check version name on the right of A4 paper), 2 copies of KWSP Form 16B (with signature of you and your company), 1 photocopy of passport bio page, 1 photocopy of passport visa page. Off course, don't forget to being original passport for reference as well
No worries if you got missing docs, they will support you to print/photo immediately. Any counter available to serve you, so waiting time is zero second.
