★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Korea KYK Generation II Alkaline Ionizer Water Purifier on 15.02.2016. Just use only less than 2 years the electronic panel spoilt according to the technician. Basically, what happened was that the purifier unit cannot switched on even connected to power supply. I have contacted the dealer who I bought on mid February 2018, but until now I have still not received my purifier unit. According to the dealer is technician very lousy service never send back even after repaired the purifier.
