★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but uncomfortable chairs. Food is average, the other franchise (using part of a body anatomy) is much better. Staff didn't really care to report back with the status of our food after being asked. Others came later than us had their orders the same time as ours. Shame on you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far this is the best outlet i've been to. Although it was packed but we manage to get a table. Our server Ms.Natasha made is feel right at home. Her product knowledge is excellent. Very pleasant as well. Keep up the good work. The food speaks for itself. Everytime the outlet is full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ordering process sucks, not user friendly, especially for old citizen. Food serving took 50mins waiting time. Chicken not as tasty as before and one of the chicken is not well-cooked (can see the raw meat and chicken blood). Was charged fot service charges but come to think of it, what service did we really get? Everything turn from good last time to worst…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I havent been to this place since covid and was not happy with how the ordering system is. We need to click on the app and paid there as well. The problem is when the product is not available it was not updated online. So we had to settle for something that we dont need because the drink of choice is not there (sold out) but they just opened for business for the day. Service was super slow, takes more than 30 mins, maybe to complete foodpanda and grab orders.
The chicken isnt as tasty as before, perhaps that is why the branch in mont kiara close down. The bibimbap was so so because its with chicken pieces. Overall not recommending this place.
