β β β β β I am the former of this restautant. The following is the statua quo here
1. The working environment in this restautant is extremely poor-10 hours of work 2 hours of rest only provided 4 pieces of meat for 1 meal
2. You have to deduct expensive work cloth from the wages you get
3. Work without a break has to be ridiculed by bosses and colleagues
In the end i switched to the sentence " you should work endlessly until you get off work in the limited eight-hour working time"

β β β β β I was informed by the staff that this restaurant mainly cater for delivery orders. As such, the restaurant is a lot smaller and their menu for dine in is not the same and as much as the one in Pavillion, Mytown or Mid Valley.
They only serve chicken, white rice and potato wedges. It was fine because their main menu - the chicken is still available HOWEVER at such smaller size compare to the other outlet.
The first time I went there and received smaller portion of the drumettes and wings I thought it was just one of my unlucky days but then its the same small size every time I ordered them via Grab!!
It was disappointing to pay for the same price as other outlets but did not receive the same quality in size of the chicken especially the drumettes and wings.

β β β β β COMPLAINT.
I received a newsletter from Kyochon for the free delivery voucher so I ordered one through the main website and placed my order with the vouchers. I set it for delivery at 12.30 pm (2/92021).
I received a call from Kyochon and been told that my order is here. I went outside and there was nobody. I went in and called them back and Kyochon said that my order is READY for PICK UP.
I told them I requested for delivery, not pick up and they said their outlet doesn't do delivery; only pick-ups.
I told them that the options were there on the website and I didn't know that your outlet doesn't do delivery, hence it is not my problem.
But the operator talked behind the call which I can clearly hear her conversation with another guy who was super rude and the operator was clueless and repeat everything that the rude guy was saying. It was very unprofessional for them to say it's not their problem, it's not under their control and that they won't even bother to think of a solution; hoping that the customer would go and pick it up themselves.
The operator would then said again she doesn't know how to handle this kind of situation and called the manager; which I had to again repeat myself.
The manager then said, my order has been PICKED UP by a foodpanda rider. Which I don't know of and didn't received any called. She also said that my order was pending so they had to changed my order number and etc.
She said she'll checked the system and called me back in a few minutes, letting me know that they have a new rider to come and pick it up for me. She also gave the rider's number to me just incase anything happens.
At the end of the day, nobody from the Kyochon apologies.
This isn't my first time hearing complaints about the outlet. Google reviewers got tons of bad complaints too and my friend also had to wait 3 hours for their orders.
I really do hope they take this complaint very seriously. Counter-check with the outlet if they do delivery/pickup or not and sync with the website.

β β β β β Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. They go cashless which is good. The food almost (i think so) taste same like pavilionβs branch but the chic quite small tho. I think they need to improve the taste a bit & the sizes.

This post is not about food but about BAD experience, ruin my mood. My family and kids were waiting but I can't tell them how long to wait as no one there can answer me when can be ready even worse were they did not entertain me at all even I asked few times for more than half an hour, after back my family already ate something elseβ¦
And feeling sympathy to Food Delivery Rider...
Ordered at 5:29pm
Pickup time at 6:15pm
Reached at 6:10pm
Ready at 7:19pm
Total waiting time is more than 1 hour even the pickup time had confirmed. What kind of pick-up order system is this? And the services are just bad, no person handle customers

β β β β β Bad dine-in experience ever among all Kyochon outlets. Went dine in on 14/6 around 5-6pm. None of the staffs wearing their face mask nor the kitchen use transparent anti saliva mouth cover plastic. Dining table all unclean. One of the staff even having rest time at customer dining area with socks ON THE TABLE. Dining environment was not comfortable. Restaurant is broadcasting unknown radio FM instead of music like other outlets. Itβs so loud and inappropriate. Doubting the restaurant and staffs sincerity to serve the meal.
