Very honest man. Even refuse to earn my money by replacing an unbroken part that I thought is faulty and asked him to do so. Reasonable workmanship price.

I have an extremely bad experience with this car service shop, the boss is very dishonest. Here is what I experienced if you are interested: my car was sent there to inspect as I realized there is water leaking from the piping. The boss inspected and found out the leakage is on the radiator and it is not possible to repair so I have to replace the whole radiator. Initially he said there is no used radiator available so need to get the original radiator from Japan, so I decided to look up online myself and I found cheaper radiator then I asked him, then only he said there is also a cheaper one from Taiwan, which triggered me a question: โ€œwhy didnโ€™t he tell me earlier?โ€ Thatโ€™s alright, I guess thatโ€™s normal for him to promote expensive products to customer. Since he already removed radiator from my car for inspection, so I was thinking might as well let him replace the radiator for me. I decided to get the radiator from Taiwan and let him replace it for me. The next day, I went to pick up my car. Guess what? The radiator has been replaced and no water leaking anymore, BUT the boss told me there is something wrong with my ENGINE and he said I might need to replace the whole engine ( I was like WHAT? I sent my car to replace radiator and my engine was totally fine all these while). The car was still drivable, itโ€™s just that the engine very loud and the gear was not smooth. I decided to drive back home and planned to send my car to the car service center that I usually go the next day. The next day, which is also today, I sent my car to the usual car service center to inspect, and the truth is that one of the ignition coils faulty and has to be replaced. After replacing the ignition coil, I dropped by this L Three Car Service Center (because itโ€™s on my way home) and told the boss my engine is totally fine, the problem is the faulty ignition coil. Guess what the boss said? โ€œYes, I am aware thatโ€™s one faulty ignition coil out of the four.โ€ Here is the big big problem, he did not mention anything with my ignition coil when I collected my car, he mentioned something wrong with my engine and might need to replace the whole engine. Now you can see how dishonest and unprofessional is the boss, he did not expose the real cause but he said something else. The next question popped up in my mind: is this faulty ignition coil replaced by him too? I donโ€™t know the answer and I do not want to know because I think these are more than enough...
