Paying 5 stars price but casher wrap the bread like pasar malam. Business owner should assign two person at the cashier. One collecting the money while the other one should wear glove and wrap the bread.
It is totally not hygiene where the cashier touches the money and then touches your bread.
And now is covid 19 season which is totally not hygienic and risky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pastries and buns are all delicious. I tried the egg tarts, so gooood, flaky and buttery all at once! I like that they put a label if the cake or any piece that they sell contains alcohol, good job! The coffee might be a bit expensive for such a small size, but still tastes good for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty cakes but a tad bit disappointed that the flavors are not up to par. We had four cakes, black beauty, strawberry shortcake, cheesecake and the ferrero one.
The black beauty one it says that it has 60% dark choco and as an avid fan of dark chocolate I still find this quite sweet and missing the bitterness of dark chocolate. For the strawberry shortcake its more to whipped cream with strawberries and a bit of cake on top and bottom? I thought we would get more cake than cream.
Surprisingly the cheesecake and the ferrero one was quite delicious. I would recommend both of these any time of the day. We wanted to try the caneles as well someday. Purchases over rm50 will receive a rm5 voucher. Recommended cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly disappointed with their QC and after-sales service. Bought a cake on Mother’s Day and found out there was a chunk of plastic inside the cake (sort of like a cling wrap). Imagine the cling wrap was accidentally swallowed ? Had brought the issue to the customer service team freaking three weeks ago but no action was taken

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The croissants are delicious. The rest, kinda lack the texture. Find it abit too hard for me. The cake was kinda dry. Their tiramisu cake supposed to contain alcohol. But you definitely can’t taste any alcohol in it.
