★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at 5.30pm and the room was still wasn't ready. We had to wait almost an hour and the receptionist is not helpful at all. Went into the room and the bathroom was all wet, stains were found on the towel and bedsheet. No kettle and drinking water which i think those are basic neccesities. Some of the furniture were broken and not repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queen bed room is srsly small. The bed took almost 92% of the room capacity. Can barely put my feet in the room as 4 adults stay in the room as we thought it wouldn't be so so small. The staff doesn't seems to entertain us sincerely but thts fine. The wifi don't really work. The room arrangement is not too suitable for muslim bcs u have to pray on the bed due to the kiblat. There's water machine(?) For visitor,iron also provided. Bath room is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The aircond was good, door security is good, shower also good. The only thing i didn't like is the bathroom is dirty and slippery. Its like the floor never been wash. Plus the pillow case is choc/yellowish and seems very unpleasant to put your head down. The towel also need to change as it very lusuh and old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the receptionist (the guy) is very polite but a few of them not really. The condition of the room not really good. Wallpaper torn. But overall just fine. Still a decent place. Only if they upgrade the room condition and better receptionist, maybe it will be better hotel with affordable price. And the theme is fantastic. I really like the japanese theme

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel location are the best. Close with mall and a lot of restaurants near by. Quite a strategic location. The cleanliness fade than its location. Less neat and need to decorate the room much better. Same on service, the staff quite straight forward and less friendly. On the facilities is more less. If you want to get hot water, need to go outside the room (no water heater inside) and also you need to iron your clothes downstairs beside the reception counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average. Why? The room. Neat but not clean: dust all over. No towel: requested for 2 times only to get it. No toiletries at all. No plastic garbage. Broken door handle for the toilet door and closet. Ambience not really good, but okay for one night stay. The service is good enough, may be improved on few aspects. The location is strategic as its like in the center of Bangi: varities of restaurants and exclusive shop lots can be visited. Big mall infront of the hotel.

I frequent this outlet once a month or 1½ months... Food quality really good... Consistent quality. This time I hd murtabak kambing. (food rating: 4½)
Service is good... sometimes I don't understand the foreign waiters but foreign workers are foreign workers everywhere. (rating : 4)
Parking-- ample public paid parking. Malaysian drivers need to be more considerate & civic conscious... ?
