If I can give them a more than 5 stars I would. They are very dedicated to their job and make sure that all our requests are being taken care of. From the make up hair do to choosing the style that we want. Special thanks to Isaac in this for a last minute decision on a special venue without any extra charge! He is very dedicated to make sure we get what we want. Then, the patience I get from the team when I requested changes on the photos.
Actual day shoot / video:
Again the team has given their best to cater for all of our needs including coming early and punctually for all the make up hair do session. It was a tiring day and I can see Isaac was a bit tired especially waiting for my very big family to gather for photo shooting yet there wasn't any complain and both he and Jeff stays professional even till the end of the night.
Photo booth deco and customization:
Unlike others, I am quite a weirdo liking Doraemon instead of the common Hello Kitty... They have made my day with a lot of customization. I have requested Doraemon dolls for the car deco and they put in the effort to dress up the Doraemon with wedding gown! Awesome work and the photo booth set up during the night was just beautiful!
Last but not least, they have made their way personally sending a USB stick to my house for the photos just because I was leaving the next day back to Australia. This is the kind of effort you can see from a dedicated and warm hearted team.
Now all that's left is the video of the day, can't wait :)
