★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought it is a real Ladang.. turned out to be a small plot of land within the house compound but cleverly landscaped to create the right feeling of nipah farm. the nipah drink is the main crowd puller..and is really really sweet and fresh..parking is easy to find..must come to feel the ambiance and enjoy the drink

However, only a few nipah tree grown besides houses. Best part people enjoying their food between the nipah trees. Too crowded during holidays. Mostly visited this farm to enjoy food within trees rather than knowing about the Nipah itself. Should name this place as Gerai/Warung Nipah Ismail Che Kar instead of 'Ladang Nipah'.
It sounds better & justify it's existence
