★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chinese lady boss thinks her customers owe her money. Showed black face when you bring in laundry for cleaning. Happened twice and no more 3rd time. Her Chinese male staff (presumably related) asked to bring home my coat as if he was not interested in the business. Business too good with the hotel towels.... Not keen on doing retail laundry business.
